SEV Laser

This company seems very money hungry and not very concerned about their clientele. If you can't make your appointment, they require you to cancel within 24 hours or they charge you half of your treatment. This is completely understandable but we all know life happens sometimes. I was admitted for emergency surgery and was unable to make my appt. I kindly call and let them know minutes before going into surgery that I wouldn't be able to make my appointment and still was told I'd have to come out of pocket with over $100 to cover my cancellation fee. I was instructed to email "upper management" as they might be able to waive any additional charges. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response to that email, it has been nearly a week. It's mind blowing that something like unplanned, emergency surgery wouldn't constituent any human empathy from anyone at this company. I suppose even death wouldn't get you out of their ridiculous cancellation policy. Definitely not a place I want to continue to frequent. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by management and was given a credit for the amount I was charged. They're cancellation policy has been updated to 48 hours so hopefully all the clientele will be able to accommodate this change.

I just had my first session with SEV (had my full face lasered) and I had a great time and will definitely continue coming here from now on! It took only 10 mins and the process was super easy (checking in, booking, paying) the front lady girls were super nice and Sierra (the technician) was super accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had. I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to see my results!

This was my first visit ant SEV and it was really good. From assistance with directions, a small window of wait time and not to mention the tech was great. She explained everything really well and was very polite and professional during my visit. I’ve had laser before but not with the cooling agent, which helped make the process a little more comfortable. I’m glad I was referred to SEV.

I absolutely love SEV Laser. From the moment I walked through the door, it was so inviting. The aesthetic is so chic and clean but not in a clinical sense. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Technicians are astute and also friendly. The entire process is so easy from paying to booking. And probably the thing I love the most is that I can book session-to-session without having to buy an expensive package like most other big name brands. I highly recommend SEV for any of your laser hair removal needs. Amazing!!!

Been here a few times and it’s been a hit or miss. The first time the technician was quite rude so I planned on not returning. I completed an honest survey about my experience and Kianna, the manager, reached out to find a solution. She was incredible & accommodating. The second time, the technician was good so I requested her & went back. This latest visit I was planning to set up a few packages but had the strangest experience. They missed an area completely, could have been an honest mistake as they were running super behind and I had to wait almost 40mins to be seen. I went in to get 4 areas done and it was my first time doing the underarms. I recall every single step of my appointment and they definitely did not laser my underarms but for some reason claimed they did. It was very strange and surprising but I wasn’t in a position to argue because I was running super late due to the long wait time. I paid for all the services, including the one that wasn’t completed. They did tiny area (knuckles) complimentary which was gracious but sure if I will continue to revisit given what a hit and miss it’s been.
